From a Food Truck to Your Table

Carlos and Lina Alvarez launched Zilantro's on Cinco de Mayo 2022 with a food truck, family recipes, and a lot of nerve. Two years later, Central has made it their favorite spot — and we're just getting started.

Highly recommend Zilantro's Mexican Grill! Had a fantastic experience with friends and family — blown away by the flavors, service, and atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our server was knowledgeable and attentive.
