Carlos and Lina Alvarez launched Zilantro's on Cinco de Mayo 2022 with a food truck, family recipes, and a lot of nerve. Two years later, Central has made it their favorite spot — and we're just getting started.

A new look, and the owner comes by to check on everyone. When we mentioned we didn't like the queso dip, the owner came by immediately and offered a different one at no charge. That's real hospitality.
